Remibots LLC (“Remibots,” “we,” “us”) builds AI chatbots for small businesses. This page explains what information we collect from visitors to remibots.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We keep this simple on purpose: we don't sell your data, and we only collect what we need to run the business and respond to you.

Information we collect

Demo requests and contact forms

When you submit the “Book a free demo” or contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, and whatever message you include. We use this to reply to you, and we store it so your request isn't lost if an email fails to deliver.

Newsletter signup

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address so we can send you the newsletter and a one-time welcome email. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any newsletter email or by emailing us at the address below.

Site analytics

We run basic first-party analytics to understand which pages get visited. Your browser generates a random session identifier (stored in your browser's local storage, not a tracking cookie) so we can group page views together. We record the pages you visit, the page that referred you, and a small number of named events (like opening the chat widget or submitting a form). We don't use third-party advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share this data with anyone.

Chat widget

Messages you send to Remi, our AI chat assistant, are sent to Anthropic (the maker of the Claude models we use) to generate a reply. We don't permanently store your chat conversation ourselves beyond what's needed to generate that response.

How we use your information

• To understand overall site usage and improve the site

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they process data on our behalf:

• Resend — delivers our transactional and newsletter emails
• Anthropic — generates replies for the AI chat widget
• Vercel — hosts the site and our database

We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't use third-party ad networks.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your demo request, contact submission, or subscriber email at any time by emailing us. We'll remove it promptly.

Cookies

We don't use cookies to track visitors. The only cookie on this site is a short-lived authentication cookie set when our own team logs into the internal admin dashboard — it has nothing to do with visitor tracking.
