What's included in the setup fee?

The one-time setup fee covers building and training your chatbot on your business content, testing it with you, and embedding it on your website. There are no separate "implementation" or "integration" charges on top.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Most clients start with Starter or Growth and upgrade once they see the bot handling real leads. We'll carry over your existing training data, so upgrading doesn't mean starting from scratch.

What happens after the free demo?

If you like the demo, we move straight into building the real thing on your chosen plan. If it's not a fit, you walk away having spent nothing and owing nothing.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Setup fees are one-time, and monthly plans are billed month to month. Cancel anytime and keep the bot and training data you already paid for.
